Job Description:
We are looking for a Junior Onsite Support Engineer to provide technical assistance to our clients and partners in Poland. This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting their career in IT to gain hands-on experience in onsite support and network operations.
Responsibilities:
• Deliver onsite technical support for IT hardware, software, and basic network issues.
• Install and configure end-user devices (PCs, laptops, printers) and network equipment.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity problems (LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP).
• Assist with Cisco/Huawei/H3C/HPE device maintenance under supervision.
• Provide basic training to users and document technical issues.
• Report unresolved issues to senior team members and support escalation processes.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent technical education.
• 0-2 years of experience in IT support or network operations (internships count).
• Familiarity with networking basics (e.g., routers, switches) and Windows/Linux environments.
• Certifications like CompTIA Network+ or CCNA/CCNP are advantageous.
• Fluency in English (B2 level); Polish language skills (B1 or higher) are a strong plus.
• Willingness to travel to client locations across Poland (driver’s license preferred).
• Team player with good communication and problem-solving skills.
