Job Description:
We are seeking a Junior Onsite Support Engineer to join our team in Germany. This role involves providing technical support to our clients and partners, ensuring smooth IT operations and high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
• Provide onsite and remote technical support for network, hardware, and software issues.
• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment (PCs, servers, printers, etc.).
• Perform basic network troubleshooting (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS).
• Support Cisco/Huawei/H3C/HPE network devices under senior engineer guidance.
• Conduct user training and document support processes.
• Escalate complex issues to senior engineers and collaborate with other teams.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 0-2 years of IT support or network operations experience (internships included).
• Basic knowledge of networking (e.g., TCP/IP, switches, routers) and Windows/Linux systems.
• Certification such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or CCNA/CCNP is a plus.
• Good command of English (B2 level); proficiency in German (B2 or higher) is highly preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites within Germany.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
