Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior HR Recruitment Specialist to join our growing e-commerce company. As a member of our HR team, you will be responsible for supporting recruitment efforts, managing candidate pipelines, and assisting with talent acquisition strategies. This role is ideal for recent graduates or those looking for internship or apprenticeship opportunities to gain valuable HR experience in a dynamic, remote, and multicultural environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support full-cycle recruitment, including job posting, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate communication with candidates, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
- Assist in conducting initial screenings and interviews, evaluating candidates for suitability.
- Help maintain and update the recruitment database.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Participate in HR projects related to employee engagement, onboarding, and culture development.
- Foster a diverse and inclusive hiring process, ensuring respect for cultural and religious differences.
- Perform other HR-related tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Recent university graduate, or currently enrolled as an intern or apprentice.
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication and writing skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a remote, cross-functional, and multi-time zone team.
- Passionate about working in a multicultural and inclusive environment.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
